BioI'm a Southern transplant and technical writer living in Seattle subrurb of Kirkland. I'm the techy (not nerdy) gadget friend you call when your computer hates you and you refuse to RTFM, even though I wrote it.
I was reared near Charlotte, North Carolina, graduated college in South Carolina, and then spent three (long) years in Little Rock, Arkansas. Since 1991, I've called the Pacific Northwest home.
During the day (and some nights) I'm a technical writer for Microsoft Office Outlook.
